Screenshot isn't much useful. Please send me the link to your site (album page) and probably admin access also (in the private section on the right)

I just downloaded the Pro version and the shortcode doesn't appear to be working. It's not letting me attach the screenshot to show you so I am sending you a separate e-mail.
