Please contact support@payproglobal.com for refund. They will email back to us for confirmation and after our confirmation they will process the refund.

Ok. well it looks as though you cant make this work for me. Your support has been poor to tell the truth. I would like a refund via paypal to mike.a.steele@gmail.com. I will uninstall the component and any other traces. Please let me know when the refund has been made.

Hi,

That used to work but removing a member is no longer an option due to the interface provided by facebook.

I've added near ten thousand members and the interface is designed to show last 6 member who accepted (I can remove only them). If I click show all the page never loads (probably because of high number of members)

That doesn't help me solve the problem. I added you to the app but you're not seeing it anywhere. Not sure how to solve it with your id. 

Alternatively maybe you can create another FB id just for the app and try with that instead.

Hi

 

Yes The Srizon Login app shows as active in Facebook Apps and websites logged in using Facebook.

The business tools page shows no business integrations connected to my account either active or removed.

It seems you're already added. Maybe you denied the request and as result it disappeared.

Hi yes I got the invitation, clicked on accept and the following message comes up:

this is on the facebook developer page https://developers.facebook.com/requests
 
All permissions were accepted as prompted, i used the fb.srizon.com link from within the component after successfully installing it into joomla

Check if there's any pending notification here: https://developers.facebook.com/requests

If you see an invitation to be a Tester for 'Srizon Album' accept it.

If you've already did that but still not working then we're facing an unknown problem or you denied some of the permission you were prompted with.

If you haven't received an invitation then I may have send the invitation to a wrong username. In that case share your username or profile link so that I can try adding you.

Note: Facebook isn't giving photo permission at this moment to live apps of this type. That's why I have to keep it in development mode and add the users of this plugin as a Tester.

Hi I have now purchased the "pro" version.

I get the error message after clicking on "Generate Tokens for your account and pages" button on fb.srizon.com, The error message from facebook is "App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."
